This site is here because I have people who ask me for advice and explanation of loan terms as I have bought 5 homes.

I am not a super duper expert but know a few things so here is what I know about loan terms and what they mean.

I will try and explain Loan Terms here in a way you can easily find and understand them.

I will also offer additional related information and links in order to help you be a smarter consumer of loans and credit.
