We will explain Loan Terms here in a way you can easily find and understand them.

We will also offer additional related information and links in order to help you be a smarter consumer of loans and credit.

I’ll post Real state and loan stories from my own experience plus stories from others who submit them under the real state stories section. I expect this site to be mostly about home loans but if people have things to say about other types of loans we will add another section for them as needed.

I’ll ad comments and advice along the way to each loan term explanation because I just can’t help myself and have to comment one everything.

Every page here except the front or home page has a comment form and I would love to hear your comments on what is here. You can just spout off or try to be witty or tell a story. Every comment is held for moderation so no spammer dudes need bother to apply. If you want to ad a link to your site with the comment then it better be a good comment or it will not make it on the site.

Comments with links that say “nice story dude I really agree with you” will not ever be published. Go ahead and try though, I’m fast with the delete button and know how to use it.
